  1. :65_mask:I had my surgery on Monday Feb 5th 2018 at Pascack Valley (HUMC) with Dr Eid :778_heartbeat: from Advanced Laparoscopic Associates in Paramus but I go to JC office but if you can, the Paramus office is better. (Paramus is much nicer looking and they sell products you can buy!)I'm not crazy about dealing with the staff. **** is half-assed sometimes and sometimes it's great. And I have no fudging patience either.

:822_vs:WOW. I woke up from surgery but didn't open my eyes. All I felt was PAIN. I just started crying and crying. Then I don't know what happened but then I woke up again in my room and they opened the blinds all the way so that Sun was beaming onto my face. I got diludad for pain relief but it sucks. It gave me headaches and the initial injection gets you dizzy but it works for half and hour. Why not Morphine? Then I was allowed it only every 4 hours. Bullshit. That Night was HELL. :47_tired_face: Just clinging to my bed, gagging, in pain thinking I can not live like this. After a few meds and a GasX I was able to feel a little relief and feel asleep. That was the worst. It slowly got better each day. And I mean slowly. One day by one day.

;)By Saturday a lot of the gas pain was gone. I may have cried twice that week. BY one week on that Monday I finally was feeling OKay. Gas pain was minimal and random. But I was "starving" and was still on the 2nd week of the liquid diet. All I dreamed about was mashed potatoes. TBC
