For breakfast I usually eat about 3/4 of a sausage, egg & cheese toaster pastry. For lunch maybe 1/2 sandwich with a few chips then supper it varies. I eat popsicles, pudding or jello for snacks if I get hungry again which is a lot of the time. I have to admit that I don’t drink as much water as I should which could be one if my problems. I would love any suggestions or ideas to help me get in track!!
