Hi,
l am 3 weeks post surgery. During the pre op period l grilled chicken, pork, lamb and fish. I steamed various green veggies asaragus beans broccoli spinach etc. also had grilled Tomato and grilled mushrooms. The fish l would season with salt, pepper and lemon. Chicken breast l would make some slices in the meat and marinate in soy sauce for 1 hour.
