Hello everyone! Just checking in and seeing how everyone is doing? I am doing okay. Just trying to eat enough protein for the day.

I had surgery in November. First month after surgery no period. Now I’ve had it jan and this month. My period is so heavy and it last so long. I am not sure why you missed maybe it’s the weight loss

Hello, i had the gastric sleeve done in November and I absolutely love it! I have no regrets at all. It has helped me with my pcos. Thankfully, I have no side effects. I say do it! You can loose weight and it will help you with your pcos. Possibly with the other health issues. Good luck

Hello everyone, i hope everyone is doing really well! I am down 33 pounds. I wish it was more but i will take it. I had my doctors visit today and he said all blood work look good except for my iron. My iron was a little low so I have to start taking an additional Supplement. How is everyone doing with the food?

The shakes are so hard for me to drink now too. My nutritionist recommended the protein water. It is flavored watered it is also from premier it has 20 grams of protein and 90 calories. I drink that instead of shakes. I sometimes drink shakes.

Hell everyone, how is everybody doing? I am doing okay I have lost 24 since the surgery. I can’t believe it has almost been two months. I am eating okay and trying to exercise. Saw my surgeon yesterday and he said I have to exercise more. I am having a hard time eating chewable vitamins they taste awful. Is everyone up and exercising? How is the weight loss going?

Congratulations everyone on the weight loss! Sleeping is still a bit of an issue. I always wake up at least once a night. My stomach rumbles and growls but not all the time. Are you guys starting phrase 3 pureed? How is it going?

How much weight has everyone lost? I have only lost 6 pounds so far. My surgery was the7th. Congratulations DryJoe that is awesome 22 pounds.

I don’t have any staples. They used a kind a glue. I think it will fall off. I have more troubled drinking the shakes then water. I have until nov 22nd during my post surgery appointment for now. Doctor gave me a note for 4 weeks. My work kind of freaked out. What kind of vitamins are you using?
