My surgeon didn’t have me do anything different as far as soap. But they did give me IV antibiotics while I was in the hospital. So that could be the reason some don’t have you wash with anything special.

I had my sleeve on 10/17 also. Been having the same problem. So I ate some flavored applesauce and the fruit did the trick for me.

I love the Unjury unflavored. I add it to my soups and chili. Can’t even taste it at all. I’m still on purée foods .

I was sleeved on 10/17/17. Down 28lbs since pre-op. Things were fine the first two weeks after surgery while I was off work. Went back to work working a lot of hours and third shift and I was having a hard time figuring out when to eat. Gained 2lbs and I re-evaluated what I was eating and I was only getting maybe 30 grams of protein a day. So I went back to what I did when I lost 7lbs a week , which was more bean soups and meat , greek yogurt and cottage cheese .Lost the 2lbs in a few days . So I’m hoping that helps.

Yes! 2 weeks after my sleeve I went down a shoe size. Only 4 weeks out so I don’t know if it will be more. Also went to get my nails done and have been going to the same lady for years, she said I went down a nail size too [emoji3]
