    So my surgery (sleeve) is on nov 21st and liquid diet started on Monday. There hasn’t been a day that I went with out cheating it’s so hard when you still have to cook and prepare food for everyone in the house. I have 8 days to get it together! Boyfriend keeps coming home with take out like his tempting me on purpose

    Surgery (sleeve) is Nov 21. been on liquid diet since Monday and haven’t went 1 day so far with out cheating :( it’s so hard special when you still have to cook and prepare food for everyone else.

      Hey friend -

      Nov 21st too! It's tough cooking for a family. I was sooooo tempted to just a small bite of the garlic bread last night. Are you doing better since Sunday?

      I'm finding keeping myself busy during the day and eating my soup w/ protien when the family eats is making it easier not to cheat.

      Only a few more short days.... :) You can do this!

    Nov 21 on my 6 day of liquid diet and I️ haven’t been able to complete 1 day with out slipping up. super hard in a house we’re you still have to cook for everyone and not eat nothing. From Jersey
