Surgery (sleeve) is Nov 21. been on liquid diet since Monday and haven’t went 1 day so far with out cheating
it’s so hard special when you still have to cook and prepare food for everyone else.

Nov 21st too! It's tough cooking for a family. I was sooooo tempted to just a small bite of the garlic bread last night. Are you doing better since Sunday?
I'm finding keeping myself busy during the day and eating my soup w/ protien when the family eats is making it easier not to cheat.
Only a few more short days....
