Had my first visit post op. I still have pain in back but she said it is gas and to walk, walk, walk. I am still take a small amt every 10 to 15 min. So far tolerating well. My stomach still spasms occasionally and when I'm drinking it burgled, so I take my time. Please be careful and listen to your Dr. -

I had mine on 11/8. They told me no protein till the 5th day so I start drinking mine tomorrow. Feeling good. -
