    Hi Toolman, I had my sleeve done on November 29th. Lost 15 pounds first week then nothing. I finally figured out it's the Protein. I wasn't keeping good track, just trying to make sure I ate something. 1st day after increasing the protein I lost 1 pound. Yes, you're on the right track. Best wishes! Lina

    I am so happy for you on your progress! Sounds like you are on a great road toward your goals. I had sleeve surgery on November 29th and lost 15 pounds in first week and none since then. I've been at a stall for over a week!

    Hi everyone! I am having the sleeve done on November 29th. I'm on a 3 day liquid diet until then. I'm 58 years old, 203 pounds and 5'1". I'm very excited about it, but admit I'm a little nervous. Any advise?
