Thanks for asking Tater! I am doing good. Not losing anything but going down in sizes. Weird! I have an appointment for an unfill tomorrow morning but I think I am going to cancel it. My restriction has lessened up quite a bit the past few days and I am able to eat better for me foods. We will see how it goes. I was supposed to track all my food for 2 weeks and call Paula this week but I honestly haven't been tracking. Life got away from me I guess! For now I think I am just going to hang tough and keep on keepin' on and see what happens. I'm in no hurry! I MIGHT make it to the support group next week... anyone else??

I am going in for a bit of an unfill on Thursday morning and I can't wait! My scale has not budged in 5 weeks now. I am now officially down to a size 14 now though! The last time I was a 14 I weighed about 170... now I'm 210ish. Isn't that weird??

I would be interested in a clothing exchange! I have sent a couple of boxes of clothes to fellow bandsters from LBT and would do do more. I know I am in serious need of some new threads but I seem to be going through them so fast I can't justify the cost. Everything I have bought for myself in the past few months has been on clearance! I still have a bucnh of stuff left that I have shrunk out of that I would love to pass on!

Thanks everyone!! I called Marilyn this morning and made an appointment for a small unfill. I am finding myself eating easy-to-eat foods which are not good for me when I would rather have a salad and some chicken or steak that is good for me but I find very difficult to eat. I am going in next Thursday morning for that. Yay!

My hubby got the pukey flu and I immediatley called my doc for a script for phenegran... no puking for this girl!

The meetings are actually in his waiting room at his office. They are on the second (I think?) Tuesday of the month and are run by his daughter who is a psychologist. She will email you monthly reminders for the meetings and they are totally optional. Thanks!! It's so nice to hear things like that!

My weight loss has been strange. I was down 45 pounds by July 4th and then we discovered I had a leak in my tubing and I didn't have that replaced until November (my choice). Since I had my port/tubing replaced I have lost about 40 pounds (I put some back on while waiting for surgery, I had NO restriction). I haven't lost ANY weight in about 4 weeks now. My excercise has increased tremendously lately and I think my body is just in shock. I have dropped a size though and have gone from a tight 22 to a 14. When were you banded Rhonda? How many fills have you had?

Looks like I am probably not going to make the April support group meeting. It is the first Tuesday, right? I am still doing physical therapy for my knee and Tuesdays are one of the days I do that. Maybe May?? LOL Just in time for my 1 year bandiversary! :clap2:

The scale in the office weighs me about 5 pounds heavier than my scale at home. I go to the office so infrequently anymore that I just go by my scale. Congrats to all you peeps with surgery dates!
