Today starts my log after my surgery on Monday November 27th I'm a little bit scared and worried because I'm having acid reflux problems really bad .this is my picture before my late weight loss and I'm going to do my darndest to change my lifestyle .I know there will be ups and downs. but, this is my first entry to the beginning my life over I am a mother of two older children I have no grandchildren my kids are out of the house .I am a single woman I'm doing this for me because I deserve to make me better and healthier. here's to the beginning of my new life Sent from my SM-N920P using BariatricPal mobile app

I never had acid reflux before my life now is more painful than the stitches. I can deal with the stitches in my stomach being sore but the acid reflux feel like I'm having a heart attack in my chest will this always be this way or will it go away soon anybody has suggestions help please. Im 3 day after surgery when will i being to start feeling like normal. I'm beginning to feel like this was the wrong thing to do. Please help. Go to my Dr. On the 5th. Sw 278. Bo 260. Mine was on the 27th and I'm starting to feel dizzy too is this a thing I was proud of myself because I got at least one protein pack in I take small drinks of water all day but I know it's not up to the 64 oz of water that I should be drinking Sent from my SM-N920P using BariatricPal mobile app

Aman. My day is 11/27. Im trying to change my ways of eating for life. Food was my comfort when anything happens in my life . But i found that as long as i can work out i will change my eating habits. I hope this will help to keep going. Food is my addiction. But im learning portion control.
