Sugar free jello, chicken broth. For the 3 first days. Pick up your post op medications. Do not use any different medication!!! if you drink water and walk you will not have gas neither constipation. Doctor gave me medication if I do not have bowel movement (docusate sodium 100mg) and Ondansetron HCL 4mg if I have nausea). -

Hi i prepare mini ice cubs of Isopure zero carb water, I also use Isopure cold water preparing my jello. Before surgery I taste each flavor in order to know the smell and taste I liked it. And prepared my room with some liquids at night stand. my doctor gave medication for after surgery and I picket it up from pharmacy before my surgery and made a list with instructions, I put numbers in my list related with numbers I put at each medical bottle. -

Don’t forget to pick up your post op medications, your waters and shakes. My son prepared my gel with my protein water and that helps. One super important thing “walk” and breath as your doctor and/or nurse suggested. Tomorrow I will have a week anniversary of surgery I did not suffer gas problems nor nausea and already without pain medication. -

I had my Isopure water and my son prepare gel with isopure water, and ice, I am having chicken soup and today my first non fat Greek yogurt -
