You carried a child in your womb for 9 months. You experienced extreme nausea, had a painful labor and ended up with a c-section. You gained a lot of weight and wasn't able to go back to your old size. You tried to diet, did a little exercise but wasn't able to lose even a single pound. You are very eager and willing to go back to work but your boss told you that you need to lose more weight first before you can proceed and face your clients. How would you feel about all these?! It's so frustrating, depressing, sad...name it! How will you overcome all these?

Does Having Bigger Boobs Can Save My Relationship?
Numbheart replied to Numbheart's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
Gee guys, I really appreciate all your opinions. I still haven't found the right time and courage to ask him if she wants me to undergo a surgery for this matter. But if ever, yes, I might go under the knife for that. However, it's true that it will not secure my relationship after the surgery but if it will, then it's going to be a win-win right? I have read an article from various websites like www.regain.us, huffington.com, and other blogs hoping to see get more idea from what I'm going through. -
Should weight matter in a relationship?
Numbheart replied to Numbheart's topic in General Weight Loss Surgery Discussions
@sillykitty Thanks for sharing. I don't think he deserved you anyhow. He could have at least told you beforehand so you two could have done something. I find it cowardly to make excuses and to make you feel unwanted to the point where it is obvious that he's "getting rid of you." Can't he just tell it straight, just for the sake of the years of relationship. I mean respect should have been there somehow. Sorry if I may be overreacting, I just know someone I care so deeply that is going through this. I don't see why she has to experience this. She is an amazing person, like you. And when you see a person way past their physical, you just find it terrible to see them suffering. Anyhow, I think it is a blessing. I mean you and my friend are definitely amazing people, and maybe losing someone who is willing to lose someone like you just because of your weight is a blessing in disguise. I just hope that she sees that. -

Weight lifting after sleeve
Numbheart replied to Happy2lose13's topic in General Weight Loss Surgery Discussions
You don't need to go some heavy lifting weights. Try making some move, a dance routine, with a bit of light and tolerable weights. I also suggest for you not looking into numbers. -

Getting back on track asap will surely help, mentally too. I mean, sometimes, you gotta do it sooner because our body and mind react fast.

I take Fitmiss Delight - protein shake. It's actually my first time taking workout supplements, and it's doing fine, but it would be nice to hear recommendations from people who tried something else and worked excellently.

Oh you look awesome. Keep it up! Congrats! -
Keep on grinding, you're becoming a muscle. Your fats fluctuate, and your muscle grows that's why you don't lose weight. It is not about the weight, it is about your body content.

How do I eat healthy when my family doesn't?
Numbheart replied to luckyducky's topic in General Weight Loss Surgery Discussions
I have to keep discipline, I usually eat smaller amount when they have a lot. When did they ask me why? I am on my healthy routine. Make them follow you and not follow them. -
I think you should be ready. But then again, it's your body. If it makes you uncomfortable, then you could try a lighter exercise until you get comfortable. Do you feel any pain when jogging?

Not an expert, but I think it is. I experienced it before after an appendicitis operation. If it will continue more than 2 to 3 weeks, you can probably consult a professional.

I'm not familiar. I have here Luxxe Slim. A friend gave it to me but I'm worried about the side effects.

Whats the best for tummy and back fats?

Sorry for not getting back immediately. I started recently with my online counseling at BetterHelp . Our HR Manager who is a psychologist too recommended this idea to me because she's already seeing from me some signs of depression. So to help feel better and regain the confidence, I decided to go for it. I am by the way in the Sales & Marketing. Physical appearance does really matter in my job. So while waiting to lose some pounds, my boss assigned me to back-office and online sales. I didn't lose my job but they temporarily gave a different work assignment. Sorry if I overreacted. I just love my job...I love meeting new people and achieving the sales target.
