Diet is going well so far. Bit of an issue getting the two liters of water, but either do meet it or just under it. Have to take 40 mg of Omeprazole delayed release. Overall feeling great. Today is 30 days since the surgery and have lost 38 lbs. Sent from my SM-G925V using BariatricPal mobile app

Contacted my nutritionist because eating twice a day was no longer enough so now I am eating basically 5 times and I start today. Here is my Monday meal plan; breakfast 7:30-8:30 two egg whites (actual eggs not the type you buy in a carton) with 30 grams of tomatoes, onions, mushrooms and green beans as options with half a slice of wheat toast. From 10a-12n a cup of fruits apple, peach and cucumber. 1 to 3pm 30 grams of grilled chicken with 1/3 of a grilled nopal with half a cup of white rice which I substituted with black rice. 5p to 6p a cup of sugarless jello. 8p to 9p a cup of fruit, banana, apple, pear and melon. All this with 2 liters of water being consumed throughout the day along with 30-45 minutes of moderate walking from Monday to Saturday. Sent from my SM-G925V using BariatricPal mobile app

    Looking for surgery twins

Yes, hopefully that is the cause and you should start to feel better. All in good time and I know it has been tough, but just keep reminding yourself why you decided to do this. We all have our personal reasons to have made such a huge decision and actually gone through with it. Now we are living the dream! Sent from my SM-G925V using BariatricPal mobile app

Same was happening with the puree food getting stuck so I mixed in puree vegetables and this seemed to help. I am getting the itch to eat more; and more often, but the worst I have done is have an extra yogurt. Pain has almost completely subsided so happy about that. Hang in there and before you know it you will be able to receive and give those awesome hugs! Sent from my SM-G925V using BariatricPal mobile app

    I feel like crap...

Right now one of my biggest challenges is learning to take very small bites and slow down. The pain reminds me that I have to do it this way. Same with drinking fluids, small, small, small, which is what my ultimate goal is to be! Hang in there my surgery twin, take walks but don't over do it and make sure to always have water with you. Same here as far as the pain, but did start riding my bicycle. As for food still on puree, but see my nutritionist on the 18th which will be 30 days after surgery and was told I would more than likely be able to eat what I miss the most. Can't wait!

    Making noises

Sleeved on October 18 as well and yes big time stomach noises. Pain is finally at a bare minimal. Having a hard time taking small swallows, but the pain reminds me to do it. Lol Sent from my SM-G925V using BariatricPal mobile app

    I feel like crap...

Hang in there I am on day 14 post op. I too regretted getting the surgery done, but now I am happy I did. I have lost 25 lbs and feel much better, healthwise, than I did. I too found that walking made the pain go away much sooner. Any questions please let me know.

Had surgery on Oct. 18. Today is my fourteenth day and have lost 25 lbs. I feel well and I am glad I went through with it. Right after surgery I honestly regretted it, but I don't now. Just added puree foods and honestly it is hard, but nice to have something other than clear liquids. I see my nutritionist on the 18th of November. If you have any questions hit me up.
