I had to lose 13lbs in 2 weeks and tomorrow is my final weigh in before submitting to my insurance. I did a high protein/low carb, tracked everything I ate but only ate 1200 calories a day, with at least 1 protein shake (Premier) and met that goal today, without any exercise.
