I'm 1 wk post op band and I'm hungry, don't feel any fullness and can only have one protein shake a day/that gives PRO 50gms; what else is there to help fill up? Ideas? -
I had my band done in Mex too, why won't anyone in Portland do our fills?? I am newly banded and haven't needed first fill yet, but plan on it here in Portland. Am i mistaken?

Left Shoulder Pain After Lap Band Surgery

I just had a banding done 3/26, ever since surgery I've had severe, sharp pains in my left shoulder, I have been so puzzled and now can relate the pain to everytime I try to consume any liquids- temp doesn't matter either- I almost went to hosp last night the pain was so bad...I didn't have this pain before banding, what could it be? I sure hope this doesn't last? -
