I had the Band 8/24/10. Had lots of problems and developed an esophageal ulcer. Ended up having all the fluid removed in early 2017. Almost back to my pre-lap band surgery weight of 256. My insurance just approved conversion from band to bypass. Hoping to have the surgery early next year due to taking time off from work. Nervous about having it done but very unhappy with my weight.
