I have lost 100 lbs since DEC 29 of 2016 have platoded at 189 for 2 month starting to more hungry still can't eat much . but was considering diet pills for my last 24 Pounds for my personal ideal weight. Any suggestions ?

Congrats on your success! I'm pre-surg so feel free to disregard my opinion. If it were me, and I'd been super successful and lost 100lbs I would take a sober look at my diet now. I'd want to know "why" I'm now at a plateau. If my diet was still clean and I was still following the rules of the road, then I would evaluate if the quantity of food/cals was appropriate to my lower weight. Too often, we don't evaluate that aspect of our diet. You burn a lot fewer cals in 189lb body than you do a 289lb body (at rest).
Before starting drugs that might damage my already damaged body, I would go back to my basics:
1/2. Make sure you're getting all your fluids and vitamins in (64+oz of liquids).
1. No drinking with meals or for 30mins before or after.
2. Dense protein first (60-80g/day for most women on average).
3. Weigh and measure everything!
4. Eat 3 healthy meals plus 1-2 snacks only. No grazing. (Get rid of the junk, the bites of this or that, the alcohol, the little cheats we all do but fail to log.)
5. Log EVERY bite.
You can do this. Just stay the course and tighten up any sloppiness that may have entered! ((hugs))
