  1. omg omg I am so excited I found a group per say that I can vent too about this I am 29 years old and I am getting gastric sleeve surgery on October 26 just two days away I am on my third day of liquid diet and I am getting scared and nervous my highest weight was 255 and last time I weighed myself I was 248 I am gonna weigh myself tonight but I’m sure I lost with this liquid diet. Like I said it’s day three and I am feeling weak hungry headaches and antsy today is better than the last two anyone else is getting sleeved soon? This is my last hope to loose weight I have been trying so hard

      Ketosis start with headaches... The liquid diet is to throw you into ketosis. Drink LOTS of fluids. I was doing 64 to 96 ounces. once in Ketosis for a day or two, you'll be less hungry and feeling better. But hydration is the key to ketosis.

      Pretty much the symptoms that you are describing are normal carb withdrawal symptoms. Just work your way through them and keep focusing on the other side! It tends to affect everyone just a little differently but you will be fine, if the symptoms get extreme then call your surgeons office and talk with someone. Drink plenty of water and try not to focus on the whole picture but a day to day basis! You will be fine, don't sweat it! You will come out on the other side much happier! As you shed the pounds and have to buy new clothes you will start getting happier and happier! Good luck! I know you can absolutely kill it!!
