    Any other October sleevers trying to maintain weight at this point? What's working for you? I've started to increase complex carbs (fruit) and strength training. Waiting to see how it goes.   6. Not even sure how to position this...I am very thankful for my results and better health. Never believed I could be where I am today. I'm still losing a pound every week or so and am at a point that I don't really want my weight to go any lower. I average 100 grams of protein/day and get plenty of fluids and fill in with complex carbs. Anyone else go through this or feeling the same? Any tips?     Great questions. I went to my support group mtg last night and asked the nutritionist. She is scheduling me for my 1yr RMR follow up since I'm past my goal. That'll tell me how many calories I burn resting and give me a new baseline. I have stopped cardio and ramped up weight training over the past week so that should help too.   15. My starting weight was same as yours. Not sure your height but I can assure you now that I'm passed my goal weight is not bad. There is some loose skin but it's not horrible. I will be having a TT in the fall but that's for me to feel complete in my journey. I could live with what is there comfortably.   19. I am stepping way out of my comfort zone to do something I have always dreamed of. I'm signing up to do a trail half marathon! http://usnwc.org/play/whitewater-race-series/upcoming/the-new-south-trail-marathon/ Already checked with the race director to make sure it was okay that I walked part of it. I know for sure there's no way I could run the whole thing. My plan is to run a mile or two walk a mile or two. I don't care if I come in last for my age group, my goal is to finish!
