WOW! The scale is really starting to move again .... I got on the scale this morning and I was down a pound. Then, I felt the urge to have bowel movement. So, I decided to have a second go at the scale. I guess I had a full pound of sh1t, because I am down 2 pounds total from yesterday. I'm about to do the hula dance.
