5 days post op and can't constipated. Can't drink protein drinks. Took milk of magnesia and it goes around problem. Any ideas, to get things moving? Been drinking fluid.

Fleets enema(s). I think you may be dealing with the dreaded constipation from fentanyl. Oh Dear God! The humanity!
It took me about 8oz of MOM + 2 fleets to break through the concrete in my poop shoot. From then on out, I did a bowel cleanse with mag citrate bottles and fleets before every surgery.
I hope it works out quickly!!
