I ate a bun less hotdog with spicy mustard and the most tiny thin slice of cookie cake so I’m having a super Sunday!

I did 15 min sprints 3 days a week. Sprint 10 sec walk 45 seconds then I slowly worked my way up to 20 second sprints. Same with stairs 3x a week. Started walking up and down the stairs for 10 min then worked my way up to 15 min then 30 min then 45 min over time. By the time I worked my way up to 15 min i was able to run up and down the stairs 10 min straight. Eventually I was doing 45 min of non-stop stair running. Great workout and burns some major calories while building muscle.

Going on 2 years post this October. I’ve lost 85 pds total. I go back and forth between 126-134lbs depending on how much I’m picking at junk food 😂 I love me some junk food. Hang in there for those who are just starting the process or are about to. It’s worth it.

Msdooloo replied to AEdoesRnY's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
You can do it! Just push yourself in the gym 😊 -

Lol 24 as in 24 inch waist. I'm a size 3/4 in jeans and shorts. Sorry I forgot to specify the 24. -

How often do you weigh yourself?
Msdooloo replied to AEdoesRnY's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Only when I have to which isn't very often. I can tell when I lose weight because I feel lighter. Also I try on these itty bitty size 24 jeans. When they finally fit comfortable I'll be happy 😊 -
Calcium is very important. I did my one a day multi vitamin and 1500mg calcium daily. I eventually added in biotin for hair and nails.

Gym post-surgery - how long did you wait?
Msdooloo replied to AEdoesRnY's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I waited 6 weeks. Started off slow with stationary bike for 30 min then gradually increased to stairs and treadmill. Just remember to take your time and do what you can. I wouldn't try pushing myself hard in the gym until 6 months post op. I'm 10 months post op and a size 4. The weight will come off. -
Thinking ahead - plastics before having children?
Msdooloo replied to Neens's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
Wait. I had a tummy tuck after my first kid because we were told not to have anymore. 8 years later we decided to try for 1 more. My tummy is still flat but it's loose and soft. I would wait until you have all of your kids. Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app -

Moscato. It's so good I have to limit myself to 1 glass because I can seriously drink the whole bottle! Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app -

Depression and feelings of giving up
Msdooloo replied to soready17's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I'm at a stall too. I don't weigh myself but I know I'm at a stall because I don't wake up feeling lighter. I keep telling myself it will pass and hopefully it does soon! Between my stall and the new snapchat update I'm about to lose it! Hang in there!!! Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app -

Yup. I stay away from the scale. It will seriously mess with my head. I'm 3 months 3 weeks post-op and can squeeze into a size 6/7. I keep telling myself I'll weigh at 6 months but who knows I may do it sooner. Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app

I can't get over 28 miles a week and also an attorney. When do you have the time??? From a psychologist view I think part of your eating disorder is playing the part but to each their own struggle. I don't even know if MX will approve you but it's worth a shot? Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app
