  1. More power to you if you can eat that much! I wish I could eat more than 1.5 cups of food a day. Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app

    Christmas Menu

Ah ok. I'll need to tell my daughter that shrimp is called prawns in Australia. She's obsessed with anything Australian from the food, animals, lingo. She wants to go next summer for family vacation! Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app

    Back at the Gym!

I force myself to go. I'm 2 months post-op and just started going back 2 weeks ago. I'm easing into my routine and just sticking with cardio machines. I will eventually get back to running up 150 flights of stairs while carrying 15 pound dumbells but until i get there again I'm going to pout and dread it. Your right on feeling better after working out, I do feel better and so happy my ass is outta there too! Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app
  10. 2 months post-op following a keto diet Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app
  11. I'm keto and desperate for something sweet. I stick to the same boring fish chicken and steak with veggies. Like you I'm having a hard time meeting protien goals but I can sure put away some avocado. I've been keto for 2 months and it seems to be working. Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app

    Severe GERD

Same here! Water can give me heartburn. I could be starving but as soon as the heartburn kicks in followed by the bubbles my appetite goes away really quick. Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app

    Back at the Gym!

I pout all the way to the front doors of my gym [emoji23] I need to be more motivated like you guys. Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app
  14. I eat avocado, almonds, salmon. Those are my 3 go to good fats. It helps with my stalls and energy levels. I also add more water and take away artificial sweeteners. Instead of a protien shake I'll substitute it with almonds or half a salmon. Some good guacamole on my chicken. Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app
  15. I added good fats to my diet and it pushed me out of my stall. Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app

    Hard time with Protein Shakes

I've tried every OTC protein shake and still have yet to find something I like and taste good. I'm desperate to find something! Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app

Nearly 2 Wks out...Going to Disney World??

Take a wheelchair or rent one. Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app
  18. Same thing happened to my sister. She went out of control after her lap band with her new sexy figure. She was married with 2 kids and now she's divorced with a 26 year old boyfriend. She went out every night and just changed as a person in general and she drinks all the time. I tried talking sense into her to get a hold of herself but she's stubborn and knows everything. So yes I believe there is a connection there between alcoholism and the surgery Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app

    Dry Brushing?

Nothing is on the brush. You just start from your feet and move the brush in circular motions up towards your heart. I do all of my legs, tummy, buttocks and then start at my finger tips and move towards the center of my chest. Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app

    Spicy food

I take zantac and it helps some but I may need a something prescribed that's a little bit stronger. Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app

    Dry Brushing?

It's a natural detox that also helps with skin tightening, cellulite and blood circulation. You use a soft but firm wooden hand brush. You start at your feet and work your way up to the heart. 2x a day and it works wonders for me. Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app

    Spicy food

I use to put Sriracha on everything. Some spicy mayo on my sushi and wasabi. I loved spicy food. Key word is loved as in past tense. Now I can't stand spicy food but then again even drinking Water gives me heartburn. So that's my story but everyone is different. You could still eat spicy food after your procedure and be fine. No me. R.i.p sriracha sauce with my Vietnamese fries [emoji24] Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app

    Dry Brushing?

I dry brush and I love it! Really gets the lymphatic system going. It keeps the skin on my inner and outer thighs more firm. It does help with cellulite and if I'm retaining Water I just do a quick dry brush and that water retention is gone. I also use Himalayan sea salt scrubs 3x a week during my showers and it works wonders. Definitely think you should give it try Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app

    Overate ate at 7 days!

Why do you feel stupid? You were hungry it happens! I can't over eat. I get heartburn from drinking water so yeah I could imagine soup. But sure does sound good! Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app
  25. I'm 7 weeks post op and just got back in the gym. It's hard, very hard. I last 30 min and I'm drained after that. If I push myself to do 45 min I'll end up in bed. Before surgery I could workout and feel fine but now no way. Baby steps I guess. Just take it easy don't overdue it. Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app
