Go to low carb grocery store , can find it online. I stay away from some carbs because they are triggers. I buy some food from low carb. So I don't feel deprived. Sent from my Nexus 5 using BariatricPal mobile app

You look amazing. Biotin takes about 3 months before you notice a difference. Now having said that, I do not notice a difference. I have been taking biotin 2 years before surgery. Noticeable difference. Hair was strong and very shiny. Since the operation, RNY Nov. 1 2107- my hair started really falling out at the 4 month mark. Thankfully I already have thick hair but boy now I know how people feel with fine hair! It's supposed to improve again. Hopefully I am not bald by them. How to stop the craving of snacks???!
sunshinetinks replied to TJ30's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
It's not realistic thinking you will never have a dessert ever again. I think that sets us up for failure. I have low carb protein bars, plain yogurt with sugar free syrups in every flavor imaginabe, strawberries and blueberries. I found a low carb protein cake single serving at the Low Carb Store in Canada called Smart Cakes in different flavors. If your not prepared you will grab something that is not appropriate.Good luck on your weight loss journey. Sent from my Nexus 5 using BariatricPal mobile app -
