I just had my sleeve done on the 11/14.Dr Richard Bonnor was my dr and is amazing. He is very straight forward and to the point. -
So I have my surgery on 11/14. And I was just curious for those that are in postop and that I’ve lost weight, what are you doing it regards to the loose skin?

I’m so over these protein shakes! I’ve been in liquid diet since 10/31 and surgery is 11/14. I’m so nervous but excited!! Anyone else getting sleeves on 11/14?

It’s hard but you can do this. I’m on my 7th day pre op diet and I had a tablespoon of peanut butter. I couldn’t stop the craving. Tomorrow is a new day! -

It’s 5 protein shakes to equal 800 calories then 400 To consist of cream soup or broth or popsicle. -
