I have surgery on November 7th also, October 24th I start a "skim milk diet" 20 oz skim milk 3 times a day, and sugar free fat free carb free clear liquids for the rest, so pretty much I'm looking at milk and decaf iced tea, ice water, fat free low cal chicken broth, power aide zero and propel fitness water. I am weaning off of coffee the next few days, weaned off creamer last week, no Pepsi for 3 weeks. So excited for the trip and scared to death.
