My dietician gave me a two month calendar and assigned me when to start for each phase. I do have a doctor follow up on Monday.

Next week I start the purée phase! Anyone else? I live by myself and would like some purée ideas/tips.

I am doing great but I am so done w/ this liquid diet! Lol I am down 8 lbs. I think I need a new scale w/ BMI and water information. And I need to implement my walking program.

It’s only Day 4. Not sure on the calorie intake. My stomach is gurgling when I am eating, drinking and when I’m doing nothing. I am even having a hard time figuring out if I am full or not. So much to learn!

No stool yet I think I am having a hard time figuring out when I’m full.

Mainly abdominal pain. I tend to sleep on my side and I can really feel the discomfort. I am sure it will be gone by the end of the week. What’s your major?

Ugh I cleaned up yesterday so I can come home to clean apartment as well. Later on today it’s going to be a stroll by the beach and then straight to bed.
