I'm 23 days postop and I met my friend 2weeks before my surgery on 9/21/17..I told him about it..he didnt like the idea but went with it and has been supportive...our first date,I was in the starch free stage but we still went out and had a big funeral meal for all the stuff I couldn't eat....after surgery and loosing about 20lbs,my energy is through the roof..mind you he's a big guy and loves to eat,I fix his plate and palm size plate and it works fine[emoji6] Sent from my LGMP450 using BariatricPal mobile app
