Hello My name is Ally,
I have struggled with weight all my life and never did anything about it. Except for the yo-yo diet if tried and failed all through my weight loss journeys. I packed on the weight and was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis last year and have spent the last year experimenting with medicine after medicine to find the right one to help with my pain and fatigue. As of today haven't found one that actually does the job to its fullest. The Dr. said if I would lose some weight it would help with the arthritis . That lead me to peruse the gastric sleeve. My insurance would not cover the surgery. I had  to made a huge decision to self pay for the surgery. My surgery is on Monday October 16, 2017 and I'm just hoping I made the right decision. So that's my story in a nutshell. Hoping this forum will help me with my journey. Ally
