    Back on the grind

    I know that feeling, had a birthday weekend and my body craved simple things after. Had 1 small piece of cake and I felt like I drank alcohol.
  2. I gained 2lbs over the weekend. But I called down and just watched myself a little more and it came off and now my stall is over.

    One Month Out- Eating A LOT

  7. I was a week in from starting soft foods stage and I went away for the weekend. This ment resturants and breakfast buffets at the hotel. I did great, had a thai appetizer and bbq shredded meat for dinners and got a lunch and multiple snacks out of both. Only needed a spoonful of scrambled eggs for breakfast.     What did you take to hospital?

  12. My Doctor is very conservative with his meal plan but I finally moved on to soft foods[emoji1]. Today I had a egg for breakfast and some Halibut for dinner. The Halibut was great and I never really liked fish before. Interestingly enough I tried a bite of bacon and I no longer like the taste of it.     From start to finish

    Emotional crying already?

    Soft/puréed today!

    Recovery
