    So today I filled my pouch. It was not a comfortable fill. I was afraid . I thought I would pop my pouch. My abdomen felt hard . I could not sit . I walked around my house for 1/2 hour until I felt a little less full. Literally 4 bites. Well maybe 5. Never say Never but I'm saying it NEVER again omg worst feeling ever!!!

    I just had surgery on 9/25/17 and it was the best decision I ever made. Down 16 lbs. So encouraged by this forum.Looking so forward to a new life being healthy .
