Does anyone knows when they tell you if you approve or not for the surgery. With medicaid coverage???!!! They set my surgery date for march 12 but they are going to send all the information to my insurance first. [emoji24][emoji24] any help please im so scared that i might not get approved. I have a BMI of 37 severe joint pain an a history of tachycardia and hospitalization because of tachycardia.

Thank you very much it helps a-lot to know that someone else was almost in the same situation as i am and you succeeded thanks to the lord. I was about to give up and to forget everything about the surgery and just don’t keep showing up to my next visit but you know what im not giving up until I’ve donde what i have to do. I will leave this in hands of my lord because he knows that i deserve a second chance in life because being obese and having complications for the obesity is not life.

They request me a 4 months diet supervision. And a bunch of test i even got a stress test on my heart donde.

I have a bmi of 36 have joint pain witch is a comorbidity and i also have a blocked heart artery do you think that my insurance will approve the surgery? I have Medicaid and health first.

What im trying to say is that i don’t think that my insurance is going to approve me

Hi im schedule for surgery in march but my insurance health first haven’t approved yet my doctor said he is sending the form on January. Im 195 pounds and im 5’1 (bmi of 36)with joint paint. I used to suffer from hypertension but everything got better from a year to now im not taking any medication for it so my doctor said that it didn’t count anymore. Do you guys think that i should keep going until i see the denial or give up ?

Estoy super nerviosa mi cirujano me envio a practicarme un estudio del sueño y aya en plena oficina de la doctora del sueño me dice que tengo la presion alta yo no creo tener ningun trastorno del sueño me pusieron cita para que vaya a dormir aya para realizar el estudio. Tengo 35 de bmi y ninguna comorbidad solo que sufria antes de presion alta y en el presente de vez en cuando se me sube y no tomo medicamentos para eso que creen ustedes me aprovaria mi seguro?

Hello there i want to know if somebody has gone threw something like this. I was sent by the doctor in charge of the surgery to a medical office where they practice sleep studies because they think i have sleep apnea. I am 35 bmi with no comorbidy but i have a high blood pressure record long ago that wasn’t bothering me anymore but when i got to the sleep study doctor y had my blood pressure high again. I don’t know if my insurance company will see that and if thats going to be favorable for an approval (i have never taken medication for my blood pressure) because the first time that it was high i was nursing and i couldn’t take any medications but now i don’t know whats going to happen. Please help

Pero ya no mi doctor me mando haser un estudio de sueño porque casi nunca puedo dormir pero no creo que se deba a sleep apnea como dijo mi cirujano estoy perdiendo la fe. Algunas de ustedes el seguro medico las a ayudado bajo esas sincuntancias?

Omg im so excited but at the same time so sad today i saw my doctor for the first time and the said that they will see if the insurance takes my case i am 35 on bmi and no conditions just a high blood pressure history but i don’t have it anymore. They just diagnosed me with joint pain i praying that the insurance takes my case my doctor also send me to do a sleep apnea study. I dont know if somebody have gone thrue something like this please help and excuse my english
