Well, its past noon on Friday! Still waiting! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using BariatricPal mobile app -
Risin' up, back on the street Did my time, took my chances Went the distance, now I'm back on my feet Just a man and his will to survive So many times, it happens too fast You trade your passion for glory Don't lose your grip on the dreams of the past You must fight just to keep them alive It's the eye of the tiger, it's the thrill of the fight Risin' up to the challenge of our rival And the last known survivor stalks his prey in the night And he's watchin' us all with the eye of the tiger Face to face, out in the heat Hangin' tough, stayin' hungry They stack the odds 'till we take to the street For the kill with the skill to survive It's the eye of the tiger, it's the dream of the fight Risin' up to the challenge of our rival And the last known survivor stalks his prey in the night And he's watchin' us all with the eye of the tiger Risin' up, straight to the top Had the guts, got the glory Went the distance, now I'm not gonna stop Just a man and his will to survive It's the eye of the tiger, it's the dream of the fight Risin' up to the challenge of our rival And the last known survivor stalks his prey in the night And he's watchin' us all with the eye of the tiger The eye of the tiger The eye of the tiger The eye of the tiger The eye of the tiger Source: LyricFind Songwriters: Frank Sullivan / Jim Peterik Eye of the Tiger lyrics [emoji767] Sony/ATV Music Publishing LLC, Warner Chappell Music, This is my journey! Waiting, waiting, waiting
SeattleLady replied to TX2NC's topic in Revision Weight Loss Surgery Forums (NEW!)
Yep, I understand the waiting part plus a fighting component! I am on the first day of the fifth round for this revision. I might have to go through abratration in away. The hardest part? Why do I have insurance if it doesn't pay for what is necessary? It should be "optional" for me to have a higher quality of life? I don't think so! Thanks for those ideas! The only thing I have not done? Move again. I am working on this daily by eating foods with a low ph. I truly will continue to fight for obesity to be seen as a real diseases. We don't blame drug addicts for be addicts in the same way. I will get my surgery. I just want to help others do the same. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using BariatricPal mobile app -

No not all. My ph level is like 4x normal. It part due to the connection between my tummy and esophagus. Everything goes back up and stays up. All the money spent on test illustrate this is my only option. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using BariatricPal mobile app -
Fight, fight, fight and fight
SeattleLady replied to SeattleLady's topic in Revision Weight Loss Surgery Forums (NEW!)
Been there did that 🤣! The insurance company admitted that it is a needed procedure and not part of my coverage. I am working towards some type of resolution. Fight. Fight and fight. Currently, I am in bed and in pain. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using BariatricPal mobile app -
Yeah. Drinking has always been a part of my life off/on. The biggest issue? I can stop and start as needed. I don't have withdrawals. I never had a DUI. I love how it makes me feel. However, I stopped because its killing my body slowly. I will never drink everyday. I can't say I will never ever drink again. I am trying. For now, I am doing great. AA would not help. Thank you for sharing. I am sure you are relating to those that have the same issue with smoking. Personally, my mother smoked for over 50 years. She stopped at age 62 and died at 68 from cancer. I watched my big sister eat and stess herself to death. I am just trying to change my story. We really have little control over so many things. I am just trying to control the things I can. I drink alcohol and that has slowed down. I understand addiction. I just want to end the cycle of premature death on my family. It's indeed hard. Okay, at this point in life? I am married. However, I dated along time and got bigger as the years went by. I had other issues. I have never been physically perfect. However, I show self love and acceptance. I always have. You got to show the world that it's okay to be yourself. Stop the negative self-talk. I don't care if you lose all your hair and look like Jabba the Hutt. If you want real love and respect? Start with the person in the mirror. I married a great man. I am not perfect. Well, just my opinion. Why smoke and shorten you life? Most of have wls to live longer and healthier! Everytime you put the cigarette to your lips? Think , I have one hour less with each puff. I am doing it to stop drinking. My friend who smoked. She is back in the hospital! I am working at making my vice = exercise. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using BariatricPal mobile app

My sleeve still exists. However, GERD is horrible. My current issue is insurance. They're requiring a peer to peer review. This indeed sucks. I have paid for insurance for close to 20 years. I go to the doctor. I didn't ask for GERD. I am in pain every day. When I only drink water? I am in pain. This sucks! Why the heck is this fair? I am not giving up. I am frustrated and fighting.
