I chose the sleeve over bypass 4 years ago. I cannot say that is was wrong choice at that time in my life. I know WLS saved my life. In 2014 I was 272. The sleeve was my first choice. I was very anemic at that time. The bypass could have possibly killing me. I am more balance mentally and physically today. Found out that the shape of my stomach is not correct. This alone has cause GERD. I also have a hernia and a few other things. So, it's time for me to move on, heal and lose additional weight. Hi, I can understand your frustration. You must remember to put yourself first. Most kids just don't have the support to give especially at the start of this journey. This journey takes a mind shift. It is going to take a daily fight with yourself to get your goals. Don't set yourself up to have to fight with them too! This is a great place for support and other sights.
