I had to take anti-depressants
I took it and now my head hurts and I feel dizzy I feel like falling asleep and I want it cry

surgery very recent? lot of pain? sorry you are feeling down. various sad/scared emotions can happen to newbies (to OP too). Do you have family/friends you can talk with - drown your sorrows (with water!) lay down, try and sleep, counting protein shakes to put you to sleep might help!!
