I bought some gummies and they changed my life!!! I couldn't stand chewable either.. I use vitafusion multivites.... Hope you find something you can tolerate.

I'm over 3 months out.. I didn't throw up until recently.. My own fault... slacked on my prevacid, had 2 sweet drinks and woke up w/ a reflux attack... I think you'll be fine.. Just stay hydrated and take your meds...

You're still very early out..(me too.. a little over 3 months)... keep following your plan.. .protein, hydration, protein, hydration.... The weight will come off... Enjoy your journey!

Sometimes people don't want honesty, think they KNOW everything, try to take their insecurities out on others and some really don't know how their messages come across... Regardless of the reason or motive behind it, only YOU have your journey... Sharing the ups, downs, suggestions, etc. helps people learn to navigate their own journey... Don't like people who are probably just rude and haughty cause you to withhold yourself from those who need your insight and those who enjoy reading about your journey. I guess folx aren't versed in how to skip over a thread when they don't like what they're reading!!! Enjoy your day dear.. and I for one would miss your insight terribly!!!

Hey Guys... So, Sleevina turned 3 months old today and I'll be 27 for the 10th time on Thursday!!!!! She's a very interesting girl and finicky girl sometimes!!! LOL... but I love her and appreciate how she has helped me change my life... So here's my update... I'm still very emotional and easy irritated most of the time... I hope, well, my friends and family are hoping this is coming to an end!! What I have lost: Lost 35+ pounds 3 sizes (from a 30 to mostly 24s, some 22s) 1 shoes size (bought some cute sandals in a 10, was wearing an 11W) back pain after standing more than 15 minutes a significant limp in my left leg due to a back injury fear of running down my condo stairs fear of booths, the tall exam tables at my dr's office the need to finish my entire plate of food a supposedly good friend who has shown her TRUE colors!!! my live to eat motto What I have gained: my LIFE back!! Including being able to wear cute heels again, dance all night and fit comfortably in small(er) spaces! confidence to try new things and be open to change physical strength and endurance a healthy emotional well-being, not plagued by fear of failure (still work on this!!) a willingness to let go of people who can't/won't Celebrate me and all that I am and am becoming a daily goal to live each day to the fullest a greater love and respect for my body... it truly is my temple!! a new family (you guys, my SLEEVE fam) who can truly understand the journey I'm on... Finally, I've learned that this new life is truly a journey... in order to be successful, I have to take the ups and downs... learning from each.. but not being paralyzed or deterred by celebrating too much or grieving too long!! It's about balance for me... I appreciate each of you who have encouraged, challenged and been of part of my journey so far... It only gets better!!! Love and Hugs Tina

Oh, this was 8 months pre- op and I had to get several CT scans and chest x-rays to make sure I had no sig scarring before I could sleeved.

I had pneumonia for almost a month and didn't know...thought it was a cold and me just being lazy.... Please be sure they repeat the chest x-ray before ur surgery.... the last thing you need is to be under general anesthesia w/ infection in ur lungs!!! This was a blessing that it was found!

More like, stick it out when others can't or won't!!!! Or be the last one standing!!

Hey Everybody!!! I was sleeved 12/19/2011.... Including pre-op I've lost almost 54 pounds, 3 clothes sizes and 1 shoe size...I've also lost 2 band sizes and several cups.. (from a 48DD to a 44C).... didn't have a lot of butt to start w/, but it's lifting... I've done a lot of walking, yoga and Wii sports... i recently joined a gym where I'm doing some weights and stationery bike.... Congrats on your sleeves and/or your sleeve dates!!

I've been experiencing SUPER oily skin on my face for the past 6-8 weeks... I thought it was just the initial after surgery shock or something... but it's not going away... I usuallly have normal to dry skin... but now, even oil control make up/powder isn't helping... Any changes to your skin since early pre-op?? Any suggestions about the oiliness?? All of my pictures look like I'm bathed in baby oil.. HELP!!!

I joined a gym near my house!!! This was my birthday week gift to myself!! I worked out for almost an hour..7 miles on the bike and a little stretching!! Gonna get my rebounding on in the AM. And go back to the gym tomorrow evening (it was a little crowded for me at 4pm).. Yeah me!!!

My surgeon did my EGD... Did you ask them to refer someone??? Everything will work out.. I'm sending prayers and positive thoughts your way!!!. Hugs....

Congrats!!!... Getting sleeved was one of the best decisions I've ever made!!!
