Hi everybody. I started my pre op liquid diet and I’m 4 days in. It’s not easy. I feel lightheaded and have no energy. I try to keep busy as much as possible. I drink protein shakes, jello sf, O% fat Greek yogurt and homemade soups. I can eat puréed soups as well right? Like broccoli soup or pumpkin soup. Why are all pre op diets so different? Some can eat lean meats or fish. Would it be really bad if I just ate some cooked tuna or chicken? Btw my surgery date is Oct 12
