Got my zelancio vegetable spiralizer I made zuchini noodles and added them to spaghetti sauce it was amazing and best of all healthy and not all the carbs This is the first time is 8 years or so I've had spaghetti It's a great $20 investment I am looking forward to trying it with cucumbers -

I am 9 days out and have to do liquids for 4 weeks. The nurse told me only 4 oz max I am down 10 lbs and weird thing is I am never hungry I love it -

I had surgery june 12 doing great not much gas getting in fluids just have to remember to sip not gulp lol Liquids for four weeks weird think is not hungry at all -
