I’m 6 weeks post op and feeling great. Have no issues with any food or dumping. Eat 6 meals a day. Small bites and get full quite fast.im not having any issue getting 80 oz of water a day. 60 grams of protein a day and record everything I eat through the app Biactrics as reccomended by my NUT. I am back working out at 5 am every morning like I was prior to my surgery. Best decision in my life to undergo this transformation HW 431 SW 404 CW 366

I was referred by my primary doctor. I can choose any docror inside my insurance network I was very lucky to get a great one. I had to forfill a 6 month plan in order to have the insurance pay

Your getting protein however you may be have deficiencies in other areas. Have you started vitamins yet. You should check it out soon. Somethings just walking and more regular small meals may help as well getting up your energy level. Hope it all joes well for you. I know I only sleep 5 hours a night and that sometimes makes a long day tiresome for me
-
I know how you feel. I also are 10 days post op and feel fantastic. Have no issues and no pain ever. Feel like doing more than I should and returned to work after 6 days. Hw 431 Sw 404 Cw 389

Yep the other scare tissues I do t know much about. I choose the traditional by pass since it has more dates behind it and keeps me more accountable to the food eating. I am self employed to Monday I’m back to work 1 week after surgery

If you have followed all the points they laid out for you then the actually surgery is a breeze. I had mine in 17th and I tell you it was flawless and hardly any pain. No gas pain or complications. The better you are prepared the better the result. You be fine good luck and remember take it slow and follow all the rules and you got this

I’m on surgery day and actually doing great. Had my surgery 11 hours ago and I had two weeks of liquid diet and it took 3 days to get over hunger pain and sugar withdraw headick. I lost 28 lbs on my liquid diet and I could eat all the weggies I wanted raw or steamed and sugar free popsicle and jello with crystal light drinks. Good luck and you get there it is so worth it. Look at long term result and you do fine.
