Heyyyyyyyy y’all!!! Got the call from St. Alexius that the insurance approved my surgery!!! I’m so happy!!! I go in for educational class on Dec 5, then preop scheduled for Dec 11 or 13, then surgery on December 20!!! I’m geeked!!!! Any other December sleevers?? Hey so I finished my last supervised diet on 11/10 and am waiting on insurance approval. Does anyone with UMR/UHC know how long it typically takes for an approval and their approval percentage? Hi guys!!! I’m just wondering what apps you guys are using to track carbs, calories, water intake, nutrients, exercise, etc. I’ve used MyFitnessPal and Lose It before. Just seeing what else is out there.
