I am at the same exact place.. I have had several 5 to 8 lbs ups and downs but now I’m almost 18lbs up and I can feel it. I need help getting back on track. I’m back to tracking my food and my carbs are out of control. Should I do a pouch reset? What macros should I be eating at this point?
