No, maybe I wasn't clear enough. You are correct, people do lose at different rates, however, everyone can set their own personal goal of the weight they would like to lose by Memorial day. I started shedding a little more hair than usual in December. So, I decided to do a protective hairstyle, hoping to reduce any tension or unnecessary stress on my hair. After 3 weeks, I take my hair down and I have a full fist of hair. My hair loss seemed to have doubled and now I have noticed sections of my hair thinning, almost bald. I gained 10lbs in 3 months. Everyday I had a food funeral. I went on a 1 day liquid fast and dropped 5lbs. I think you will be okay. This is a new week, so try and eat better. Or at least don't over do it with the food funerals. Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal mobile app
