Greetings everyone. Luckily I was able to find this website. I am in process of deciding to have the lap band procedure done. I am encountering a little bit of resistance with the medical establishment. I am 50 yrs old, 5'6" and weigh in at about 178. So far I have not been too successful in finding a doctor who would be willing to do this procedure. I am prepared to pay myself. Any feedback or suggestions will be appreciated.
