    I had VSG surgery on 10/03: Tonight, the rice, beans, and pot roast came out the best ever. (So I assume) Feels weird not taking a bite to sample.     I had surgery 10/03: I Have only been doing water, sf koolaid packets with water and sf popsicles, 1 sf jello. Luckily, no nausea yet. Next week, I'll slowly do protein. It seems too much to down right now. Sent from my SM-G920P using BariatricPal mobile app
