I just ordered the Tespo and the vitamin pods yesterday. My surgery isn't until the end of the month, but it made sense as it would give me all I need in one shot (2x a day). Do you take anything other than Tespo? -

Why is alcohol banned post op -forever???

I understand that for 6 months following surgery that alcohol is banned. But why not after that? As long as its not often?? Confused in Dallas -
I smoke and knowing I have to quit is freaking me out! Vaping made my gums bleed... bad. My doctor said that he wants no nicotine in my system the week prior to surgery and after. Eeeeek!

We all have doubts and for me it can change minute to minute. I worry about all the same things but I try and think of the statistics. Statistically we are almost guaranteed to lose the weight. Exercise boosts your metabolic rate too. WE CAN DO THIS!!!! -
