My surgery went very well also. I guess we will have the five scars on our stomachs for the rest of our lives. I am going to order protein shakes and protein bars from Amazon. Have you ordered from Amazon before?

Oh I am going to buy Premier and Pure Protein shakes also. I am trying to get all of my protein goals in. I do not mind drinking my food. I am also going to order Premier protein bars that have 35 grams of protein each. In addition I will be making salads with broccoli, cauliflower, and balsamic dressing. -

I see the nutritionist on August 2. I was cleared to eat what I want. I just wanted to make sure that my stomach can process nuts. I guess I will need to chew them very well. -
The whole wheat version has an unpleasant aftertaste.

Go to Starbucks and get a mug that says 14 oz on the bottom and you will feel less intimidated by the large water reuirement. -

I bought a ceramic cup from Starbucks that says 14 ounces on the bottom of it. I drink 5 of them per day of water and I am good. -

I take testosterone shots every other week. It has made all the difference. It really affects my thinking. It gives me a positive outlook on life. I do not produce hardly any testosterone.

I take Centrum orange chewables. It is 11.00 dollars for a 90 day supply. I dont think I need to pay alot for vitamins. Centrum gives me the basic vitamins that are necessary. -

After my sleeve surgery I am unable to eat eggs unless they are in something like scones or anything else that has eggs in them. I can not eat eggs scambled or boiled at all. They naussiate me.
