    I'm a mess.

Sounds like you’re trying to get back on track. I think food addiction is a lifelong struggle. It can be hard to ask for help, but my nutritionist stresses how important it is to reach out when you need it.
  2. I’ve heard that hormones are stored in fat and as you lose weight you might experience strong emotions. I had surgery on 10/13/17 and the crying started yesterday and continues today. It is not regret ( although I’ve had a few moments of that). But if I see a sad story or think of how much I love my niece and nephew, the tears start rolling! I’m wondering if others have experienced this and how it played out in the months following surgery. Thanks!
  3. I was told to take my multivitamin in the morning and calcium at least two hours later and twice a day. I don't need to take either with food. I learned that calcium citrate is more easily absorbed and doesn't need to be taken with food. Calcium carbonate is harder for the body to use and you will absorb it better with food. I plan to take my vitamin with my morning mess and drink a glass of water, then stop the water for 1/2 hour, then try to eat breakfast. I actually have a schedule showing each hour of the day with when to take vitamins, when to start and stop drinking water, etc. it's a lot to keep track of. Good luck!
  4. October 13 (Friday the 13th) [emoji4]. I've been so looking forward to this, but now I'm starting to wonder if I'll be able to do it. Does anyone else feel like that? I guess I'm worried I won't be able to get in all my water and protein or I will somehow manage to be the one who fails to lose weight. Please tell me I'm not alone.
