  2. Happy 29th Birthday RXTECH8883!

  3. Hello I just saw a post you made on someone's site. You indicated Dr Paya did your band and you were there for 10hrs. I haven't had the band done but I'm very interested. I thought it only took a couple of hours, do you mind sharing why yours took 10hrs??? Thanks

    LA / San Bernardino Doctors?

Hi CaliGirl. I had my surgery on March 17 with Dr. Mark Paya. He is absolutely wonderful. Everything is done so quickly and his bedside manner is excellent. I was only there for 10 hrs and he came to my room twice after surgery to make sure I was doing Ok
  6. Ok, Saturday was my 1st day being able to have meat. So for dinner, I had 3 meatballs. Keep in mind they are tiny, and i broke them up and chewed really well. After, i was kind of nautious, but the feeling passed. However I also had a migraine, and an hr later decided to take some tylenol with codeine liquid which burned the whole way down. Then 4 hrs later, I had a pain in my sternum that radiated to my back, and i didnt know if i was gonna throw up or poop ( TMI ) ..i tried water, but that seemed to make it worse.....I was totall paranoid that I should go to emergency, but after about an hr it went away. Is this normal, and does this mean I shouldn't try meat for a while?
  7. Never had a problem with this in my life, now here I am 3 weeks post op and I havent gone in 6 days. HELP! :frown:
