Well I had a consultation today I am pretty scared theres a big amount of what if's going through my mind, with if I can't stick to the diet to loose a big amount of weight. I am going with the lap band I'm 25 years old and need to loose 11 stone they have told me the weight comes of slowly and gradually and you have to put in as much effort to stick to the diet. They have also said that a lot of foods slip threw the band so you can cheat the band like chocolate,crisps,sweet corn. I am not getting much support of the parents so this is a tough journey I am about to start.
